Travel support available (see registration)

Travel support from JINA-CEE available for students & postdocs, with letter of support from advisor. Travel support will cover meals at a fixed daily rate from widely accepted standards, and hotel, with additional flight support provided when available. Hotel support will be provided as a reimbursement after submission of attendance form. Coffee breaks will be provided by LSU. One meal/excursion during the evening to a restaurant will be paid for by the organizers.

FLIGHT

Flight: Air arrival will be at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. This airport is very relaxed and not crowded, so travel to and from should be easy. Do not book flight until you receive confirmation of registration

TRAVEL TO LODGING

By bus: note that this trip is approximately 1 hr.

By taxi: Hail a taxi at the airport, Hotel information will be updated

By uber: Hotel information will be updated.

LODGING/ACCOMMODATIONS

Housing: Lodging will be on LSU campus at the https://www.thecookhotel.com/ with a block of rooms at a group rate under the code 220531LSUP. YOU MUST BOOK THIS BY PHONE, THE ONLINE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RESERVATION. CALL (225)-383-2665. The cost is ~$149.00 per night. Do not book lodging until you receive confirmation of registration.
