GETTING STARTED WITH MESA

PLEASE PLAN TO COME TO THE SCHOOL WITH MESA ALREADY INSTALLED AND RUNNING

MESA runs only on unix-like machines: OSX and Linux. For those running windows you have three options. MESA now works with the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). If you do not wish to dual boot, you may use a premade docker container or virtual box machine designed to run on Windows. For the purposes of this school the Virtualbox virtual machine (VMESA) is recommended as the developer will be on hand to provide support.
